Julia Roberts and James Franco on the set of Eat, Pray, Love

Actress Julia Roberts and co-star James Franco were recently spotted filming a scene at Tompkins Park in New York for their upcoming film, “Eat, Pray, Love.”
Based on the popular memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert, the story follows a woman who realizes she’s horribly unhappy in her marriage, so she takes off on a trip around the world to figure out what she wants in life.
It’s a tale of self-discovery that takes Gilbert (Roberts) to Italy, India and Indonesia, where as the title suggests, she eats, prays and loves.
Directed by Ryan Murphy, the movie also stars Javier Bardem, Richard Jenkins, Viola Davis, and Billy Crudup.
It’s scheduled for a 2011 release date.
