Razzie Awards Winners Announced
Just before the Academy Awards honor the best films from this past year, the Razzie Awards name the worst. Eddie Murphy and Lindsay Lohan all but swept the Razzies this year, lol. The full list of nominees can be found here.
It’s got to be kind of hard to be on this list, but you’ve got to love celebrities like Halle Berry who have gone to the ceremony in person to get the prize (in her case, she accepted her award for her subpar performance in “Catwoman“).
Here’s the list of this year’s Razzie winners:
- Worst Picture: “I Know Who Killed Me“
- Worst Actor: Eddie Murphy in “Norbit”
- Worst Actress (tie): Lindsay Lohan as twin sisters Aubrey and Dakota in “I Know Who Killed Me”
- Worst Supporting Actress: Murphy in “Norbit”
- Worst Supporting Actor: Murphy in “Norbit”
- Worst Screen Couple: Lohan & Lohan in “I Know Who Killed Me”
- Worst Remake or Rip-off: “I Know Who Killed Me,” based on several films
- Worst Prequel or Sequel: “Daddy Day Camp”
- Worst Director: Chris Siverston for “I Know Who Killed Me”
- Worst Screenplay: Jeffrey Hammond for “I Know Who Killed Me”
- Worst Excuse for a Horror Movie (New Category): “I Know Who Killed Me.”
