"Role Models" Trailer (see Jane use Judd Apatow’s name as a swear word)
Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott star in Role Models as Danny and Wheeler, two salesmen who trash a company truck on an energy drink-fueled bender. Upon their arrest, the court gives them a choice: do hard time or spend 150 service hours with a mentorship program. After one day with the kids, however, jail doesn’t look half bad.
Is it just me, or are there lots of movies these days about slacker guys who act like kids? In this movie, the kids act more grown-up than the grown-ups. It looks a teensy bit lame. If they’re going to go the crude route, they might as well go all the Judd Apatow way. Wait, did I…just use Judd Apatow as a swear word? I think I did…
Directed by David Wain, this movie opens in theaters Nov. 14, 2008.
