Movie stars Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl shared a romantic kiss recently on their set of their new movie "Five Killers." Directed by Robert Luketic, the story follows a woman who meets her "perfect" man while on vacation. The two get married but quickly realize that their neighbors back home might be assassins hired to kill the happy couple. Tom Selleck, Martin Mull, and Catherine O’Hara also star in the movie, set for a June 4, 2010 release.
Oh, and don’t worry. Accompanying Heigl and Kutcher to the French Riviera set were their spouses, so I’m sure there were no offset shenanigans taking place. And if I was a body language expert, I’d say she’s way more into this kiss than he is.

A teaser trailer for "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" aired during the Super Bowl tonight, and it looks like a fun action flick. The story follows an elite military unit made up of special ops known as G.I. Joe (none of whom look like the G.I. Joe my brother use to play with when he was a kid). All heck breaks loose when they take on a notorious arms dealer. Directed by Stephen Sommers, it stars Channing Tatum, Dwayne Johnson, Brendan Fraser, Dennis Quaid, and Sienna Miller, and hits theaters Aug. 7, 2009. What do you think of the Super Bowl spot?

There have been some great movie spots during today’s Super Bowl, including "Land of the Lost," a Will Ferrell movie in theaters June 5, 2009.
Ferrell stars as a washed-up scientist who gets sent back to the stone age, along with his research assistant (Anna Friel) and a survivalist (Danny McBride). I’m sure the wacky antics will ensue as they’re chased by T-Rex’s and other Neanderthal creatures. Check it out:

It’s been a while since I’ve seen Sandra Bullock in a movie. This one looks fun, though I’m still deciding whether I like her hair or not. It’s kind of cool, in a retro-chic-shag way. Here’s my big philosophical question of the day: Do you like Sandra’s hair or not? Tell me in the comments below!
In the meantime, here’s the trailer for her upcoming movie, "All About Steve." Bullock plays a brilliant, but eccentric crossword puzzle aficionado who’s convinced that a CNN cameraman (Bradley Cooper) is her one true love. In theaters March 6, 2009.
"Horton" director moves to "Jonah Hex"

Jimmy Hayward, who directed the animated "Horton Hears a Who!" will take a different turn with his next project. He’ll be directing the live-action "Jonah Hex" from Warner Bros.
Josh Brolin is attached to star in the western-centric film, which previously had Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor ("Crank") on board as directors. The duo, who penned the script, bowed out over creative differences in November.
Hex is a DC Comics character known for having the right side of his face disfigured and wearing a Confederate army uniform. He’s a rough-and-tumble gunslinger and part-time bounty hunter whose adventures always ended in blood. There’s also a supernatural element to the character.
Quite the difference from "Horton"! And yeah, I can totally see Josh Brolin in that role.
"Jonah Hex" is scheduled for a 2010 release date.

"Weather Girl" stars Kaitlin Olson as a Seattle weather girl who’s fired from her job after she learns her boyfriend is cheating on her. Forced to move in with her brother, she begins an unlikely romance with a younger man — her brother’s best friend. I haven’t heard much about this movie, but it looks like a cute romantic comedy. Mark Harmon, Jane Lynch, John Cryer, Marin Hinkle, and Blair Underwood also star. In theaters Jan. 17, 2009. Check out the official site for "Weather Girl," and watch the trailer:

Here’s a new image for "Monsters vs. Aliens," headed to theaters March 27, 2009. She’s then taken to a secret government compound where she meets a ragtag group of monsters also rounded up over the years. Also features the voices of Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, Keifer Sutherland, Hugh Laurie, and others.
