Did you like Rebecca De Mornay’s evil nanny role in “The Hand That Rocks the Cradle”? Well, she just joined the cast of “Mother’s Day,” and filmmaker Darren Lynn Bousman says get ready for more. Way more.
"Every time you look at (Rebecca), she is on fire, and to take her to this level, which is like her role in ‘Hand That Rocks the Cradle’ times a thousand, is exciting," says Bousman. "She is not some Freddy Krueger or Jason, so it was important for me to get a real actress."

Superherohype.com has a cool video of “The Spirit” online now. It features Frank Miller talking about how a scene was made via green screen. It’s interesting to go behind the scenes and see how it’s put together, because it all looks so real on the big screen - to me anyway!

“My Bloody Valentine 3D” - Lionsgate’s redo of George Mihalka’s 1981 slasher film - hits theaters Jan. 16, 2009. And it looks pretty creepy, doesn’t it? (Check out the face in the reflection on the mask.)
