"New Moon" may be in the midst of filming, but Ashley Greene ("Alice Cullen") and Kellan Lutz ("Emmett Cullen") took time off to attend a charity event at the Kitson store on Robertson Boulevard in Los Angeles. Look for the "Twilight" sequel to hit theaters on Nov. 20, 2009.

“Little Fockers” in the Works - Finally

Looks like “Little Fockers” is finally in a go mode. The third installment of the Focker series – including “Meet the Parents” and “Meet the Fockers” – is gaining steam at Universal.
John Hamburg has been brought in to write the screenplay (Larry Stuckey penned an earlier draft). He’s a longtime Ben Stiller collaborator who worked on “Meet the Parents,” “Meet the Fockers,” and “Along Came Polly.” He also wrote and directed “I Love You, Man,” due out next month.
Jay Roach, who directed the first two Focker flicks, will NOT direct this one. No word on his replacement, but Paul Weitz (“About a Boy”), David Wain (“Role Models”), and Peyton Reed (“Yes Man”) are all in the running.
Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, and Owen Wilson are all in talks to star in “Little Fockers.” The story will revolve around the kid(s) of Stiller and his wife, played by Teri Polo – though no word on whether she’s returning. I’m guessing yes.
You know what? I liked the first movie, but the second one, not so much. They could have ended the franchise there, as far as I’m concerned.

This will probably be pulled ASAP, but I can’t resist posting it. Someone apparently snuck a camera into the new "Friday the 13th" movie and nabbed this trailer for "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen." The full version will be released for real next week. In the meantime, what do you think?
"Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" gets a New Release Date

Ok, so this isn’t too earth shattering, but the release date for "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" has been moved up two days to June 24. That means it will come out on Wednesday that week instead of Friday.
I guess that gives it a little edge on the following Fourth of July weekend, and I’m sure it will rack up quite the box office numbers in those two days.
Being both a "Transformers" and a Shia LaBeouf fan, I’m sure I’ll be there on Wednesday. Also opening that weekend is the Warner Bros.’ drama "My Sister’s Keeper," starring Cameron Diaz and Alec Baldwin.
And by the way, this poster is very … dark … isn’t it? And I don’t mean that in a dark emotional way. I mean that in a dark it’s-hard-to-see way…

The Manhattan premiere of "The Pink Panther 2" didn’t have a red carpet. It had a "pink" carpet! Sounds like the stars had a lot of fun making the movie, and I can’t wait to see it (this weekend!). Watch "The Pink Panther 2" Trailer, and check out what they had to say at the premiere:

Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning were out and about on a press junket for their new movie, “Push.” JoBlo.com caught up with the pair and asked about upcoming projects, including Fanning’s role as Jane Volturi in “New Moon,” the sequel to “Twilight.”
“You can tell that [it’s] gonna happen,” said JoBlo’s JimmyO. “It was like talking to someone that had a really cool secret but couldn’t tell anybody."
In Fanning’s words: “It’s definitely a possibility and I think it’d be really, really cool if that worked out to be the case. I’m a really huge fan of all that is Twilight so…”
When asked about another “Fantastic Four” sequel, Evans said, "I think they’re done. They’ve closed the book on that franchise. I think if there was talk I think that I would’ve heard about it by now." And I can’t say I’m particularly sad about that news either.

I’m looking forward to "Fast and Furious," the fourth installment of the F&F franchise. Fresh out of prison, Brian O’Conner (Paul Walker) teams up with Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) to work with the feds and bring down a heroin importer by infiltrating his operation. Yeah, I could use some fast cars right about now. Directed by Justin Lin, the movie hits theaters April 2, 2009. Also stars Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster. Check out the first trailer here, and the new trailer below:
